He is demand to sit on a stump the whole night and not remove the blindfold until the rays of the morning sun shine through it. He cannot cry disclose for help to anyone. The wind blew the grass and the earth, shook his stump, but he sat stoically, never removing the blindfold. It would be the only way he could become a man!

“Finally, after a horrific night, the sun seemed and he removed his blindfold. It was then that he discovered his father sitting on the stump next to him. He had been at watch the entire night, protecting his son from harm.

“We, too, are never alone. Even when we don’t know it, our heavenly Father is watching over us, sitting on the stump beside us. When trouble comes, all we have to do is reach out to Him.

“If you liked this story, pass it on. If not, perhaps you took off your blindfold before dawn. Moral of the story: Just because you can’t glimpse God, Doesn’t mean He is not there ‘For we walk by faith, not by sight.’ ~ 2 Corinthians 5:7 “

  • High Tech Parliament – Tablet Computers in the Bundestag | People & Politics

Posted on March 1st, 2012 No comments

Half of all politicians in the German parliament now take a tablet computer to work for surfing online, writing official mails or pursuing more trivial pursuits. They can even use them when making speeches. While some have taken to the new technology like ducks to water, others bemoan a decline in moral standards and insist on still reading from good old-fashioned paper.

  • Does anyone else consider tablet computers big cell phones or toys ?

Question by : Does anyone else consider tablet computers big cell phones or toys ?
    I consider them both.

    Best answer:

    Answer by Hey Arnold!
Yes. I’m not really interested in a tablet until it can do everything my laptop can do. The portability of a tablet would be nice so that I could travel with it, but I need to be able to run butt loads of programs simultaneously while still having enough space to surf the web and stuff like that.

Posted on February 16th, 2012 No comments

Question by mentallychallengedninja: How can I install a Wacom Tablet Driver onto a Flash drive so that the tablet works on other Computers?
I need to install the driver for my Wacom Bamboo Tablet but I can only use computers that are restricted to no downloads or installations. Is there a way to install the driver to my PNY flashdrive(it’s not u3 smart though D:)? If so, how do i do that?

    Best answer:

    Answer by Dman
No, because the driver would need to insert itself into the windows registry on each of the computers, and you would need to install the driver on them to do that.

  • Q&A: How do these stylus pens for Tablet Computers work!?

Posted on February 3rd, 2012 No comments

Question by Clever Trevor: How do these stylus pens for Tablet Computers work!?
I don’t understand how if you push a button on them it will right click, how does this work because the stylus doesn’t take batteries..

    Best answer:

    Answer by cnshinn
The pens that use no batteries on a TabletPC are Wacom technology. The way this system works is quite cool. The screen has an ultra fine mesh embedded within the LCD. When powered the mesh creates an electromagnetic field that extends about 1/4″ above the screen. Circuitry within the pen disrupts this field when it approaches the screen. You don’t even have to touch the screen to move the pointer. The system detects the pens position where it intersects with the electromagnetic field, Touching the screen with the tip initiates a left-button creeping click, and pressing the writing button while touching the screen signals a right-button mouse click.
