I recently purchased a notebook on ebay & i’m noticing the operating system its running (windows CE 5.0) isn’t all that good, so I was wondering if there was anyway to change the operating system to windows xp & up or perhaps even a Mac operating system. Will I have to hack it? If so, how would I go by doing that? Any information given will be helpful.

Ok so I recieved a good answer, But My netbook doesnt have a cd drive, & yes it ONLY have 2 gb memorey, but I purchased both an external cd/dvd drive & 200 GB of external memory but my problem is I cant use either of them unless I change the operating system
