I’m starting Sixth Form (college for you Americans) in September, and I would like a laptop to carry around with me, for free periods where I could get more work done, so it would need to be capable of word processing and internet browsing.
Although I can’t afford a laptop, I have heard that netbooks and notebooks are ideal, as they are small, inexpensive and can deal with all my requirements.
However, I don’t know much about computers, other than having an old desktop and occasionaly helping my Mother with her laptop problems, so I don’t know which one to choose.
Any ideas?
