My high school will be giving students laptops this September. They say they are the Dell latitude 1200 but I’ve yet to find any information on the internet about these computers. I’ve gone to the Dell website, googled the name, checked forums and nothing.

they seem to be netbooks/notebooks of some kind.

I just want to know now so I can see if I will be able to install windows 7 on it and upgrade the RAM.
We can choose to buy them from the school for $100. They are then our property to do with as we please.
